After installing Photoshop CS and rebooting, I do not see the Adobe Gamma control in the Control Panel. Am I missing something? Note: The Photoshop installation seems to only have a typical install i.e. no radio buttons for custom, small, etc. Thanks

Which version of Windows? If XP, you’ll have to switch the Control Panel to classic view. You’ll also need administrator access to see it and use it.

I am running Windows XP SP1a using the classic view in an administrative access account.

It should be there. You can try reinstalling PS.

Thank you for the feedback. Am I missing something but does Photoshop CS only install in "typical" mode?

I installed it with the entire suite, and to be honest, I don’t remember what settings I used.

I reinstalled CS and the Adobe Gamma control now appears in the Control Panel. Perhaps, the Adobe Gamma control was uninstalled by another Adobe application which was uninstalled. Anyway, thank you for the feedback.
