line tool anti alias (photoshop 7.0)

Hi all,

I wanted to do a tutorial using the photoshop line tool. It suggests turning of anti aliasing. But I can’t seem to find where to do this. Where can I find this option? Is there a posibility that the standard photoshop settings have been changed so I can’t find the option? If so, how do I turn photoshop back to its initial values?

This depends on which version of Photoshop you are using and which mode of line tool you are using. Look at your Options Bar or Options Palette for a checkbox. If it’s not there (6 and up) you are using the Line tool in a vector mode (vector mask or path) which you probably don’t want fore that tutorial.

You should do a review of the early chapters of your manual, which describes the work area and tools.
