I’m looking for a simple way to overlay the ‘Prohibition’ symbol (http://www.ecomo.or.jp/symbols_english/page16.html) over a picture in Photoshop.

I would imagine there must be a simple plug-in, but damn if I can’t locate one.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

A_C

Just put the symbol on its own layer, select the white background areas and delete them. Or, just draw the symbol yourself. A circle and a line; how hard can it be? No plug-in required.

You want to waste your time finding, downloading and installing a plugin to make a circle and a line? What’s next an "add talent" button?

There is no need to downroad anything from that page, all you need should already be in Photoshop.

Look at the Custom Shape Tool. I think you’ll find what you want.

You know the photographers motive bell? It automagically rings whenever something worth taking a picture comes in shooting range….

I don’t see much of a call for one of those. Drum up some more support and then we’ll petition Adobe.

It’s in the Custom Shapes if you have the right version.
