copying images

If you open two images and you want to copy the second image into the first image to make two images on one canvas and then manipulate both images how do you do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m using Photoshop 6.0 on Windows XP. Thanks Roy

Click on one image and drag it into the other.

Roy,

1) Expand the canvas of image.1 to accommodate image.2.
2) Ensure both are at the same ppi.
3) Drag the layer from the layer palette of image.2 into the image window of image.1
