I want to create a background image where my company name is displayed like a tiled format. I mean an easy way to show multiple instances of the same name just likea water mark where the size doesn’t change just the number of times it appears on the screen as a background???

first draw or capture the logo you want , make sure it is a flat single image.
, go to edit .
Define as pattern . Open the image size you want , create a duplicate layer .. Select all , go to edit , fill , pattern.
adjust opacity and flatten image.
