PS 7: No keyboard shortcut for Bold?

Is this shortcut really not present in PS 7? If it is, can someone tell me what it is? If not, anyone care to conjecture on why such a commonly used shortcut would be missing?

This is purely conjecture on my part, but I presume they don’t use the keyboard shortcut because there are two ways to create bold text in Photoshop. You can use the bold version of the font (if it has one) or you can use Photoshop’s faux bold. The keyboard shortcut wouldn’t know which type of bolding you want and, if the former, it would only work if the specific font included a bold version.
