I own Wacom Graphire3 Tablet 6×8 and I use it in Photoshop 7.0 for design and stuff. Before I bought it I was deciding if I should purchase Graphire or Intuos. The difference between both 6×8 Tablets is $100.00, $200.00 for Graphire. When I compared the two, the only difference was that Intuos has tilt and Graphire does not. So I was wondering should I spend $100.00 more to buy Tablet w/ Tilt or stick with Graphire? What is advantage in owning Tablet pen w/ tilt and How does it affect your work?

Thank you for any answer!

If you want something that mimics artist materials, then get the one with tilt. If it’s not that important to you, the Graphire line will give you what you want. Go to www.wacom.com and search on the word "tilt." You’ll be brought to several selections and should be able to decide if it’s right for you. It says that with tilt, the software communicates the angle and the pressure to the device giving you the most realistic artistic effect.

Good luck!
