Yes, version 7 runs fine with Windows ME. I used this combination before upgrading to XP a couple of years ago and it’s fine.

Yes it can. Update to 7.0.1 while you’re at it.

Milenium is a half breed on the way to XP, it was dog of a system, you’d be well advised to move on.
