regarding exposure and/or brightness

so this is the cuestion, sometimes i like to add some more light to the image, but then.. what to use better?
add by exposure or add by the brightness slider,

when one or the other one is better used?

Try the sliders in Levels (Ctrl+L)

the cuestion i did is to do not use the sliders in levels..

You can see the result, so why don’t you try both sliders to see what you prefer? If one was always ‘better’ than the other, Adobe would have made only that one.
