Verification error installing CS

I receive a Verification Error when installing CS over PS 4.0 (Win XP)

Nowhere, other than in the software setup, does it say that you need 5.0 or higher when you purchase the CS upgrade (on the Adobe website it says 7.0 or earlier). There is a tech support hotline for this issue, but it is closed until Monday, and I was wondering if there is an easy workaround. I don’t have the 4.0 disk to hand, but it is installed on my laptop.

You’ll need to call if all you have is PS 4.0. While you are eligible for upgrade pricing, you’re version is too old for the installer to recognize so you’ll need some special instructions from Adobe.
