When I use the patch tool Photoshop CS is blending the source and Destination Selections together. Example if a select blue sky as my source and a red leaf as my destination, the source will be filled with a color blend of red and blue. How can I turn this blending off so what I move is what I get. I am not using layers and doing everything on the Background Layer until I figure this out. Examples of not wanting blending is when I need to fill a branch of tree in. I do no want the brown branch color being modified by the color that already exists were I am copying the branch too.

Use the clone stamp instead. I think that does what you want. Rob
