DEM files in Photoshop CS

Is there a way to open DEM files in Photoshop CS. I have a ton of these files and would like to be able to use them? Any format coverting possible?

Ok, i’ll byte, what’s a DEM file? Try Google, because Photoshop isn’t going to open dem.

It could be VistaPro Landscape, or US Geological Survey National Mapping Division.

It stands for "Digital Elevation Model". You will need the orginal application to export to another format as far as I can tell.
