Color Chooser to Eyedropper

In PS7 on Windows XP, When I click on the square to choose the color, instead of giving me the window which you can choose colors on, it gives me the eyedropper tool, and obviously I can’t choose my colors with an eyedropper tool.
Any ideas as to why this occurs? How to fix it? Anything?

Have you switched resolutions or had a dual monitor setup lately? Check the faq for "Dialog Box Missing". Should clear it right up.
