I drew something that I *really* like in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 with the Graphite Pencil Brush. How do I ink and color it?

"Ink" it on a separate layer in top and color it on a layer underneath the ink layer. Then turn off the pencil layer which should be at the bottom.
