Ok this is my problem:

I bought an oem version of Photoshop 6.0
But when I installed it the serial didn’t work 🙁
I compared it with ‘unofficial’ serials which worked and mine kinda looks the same I mean from the way it is build up.

Please help me ;D

Ps: I tried at least every single number on the cd case :!

You got ripped off. There were no OEM versions of Photoshop 6.

Report it to and if you paid by credit card, report it to your credit card company.

so i have to get an other version ^^
so where can I get older or studentversions of photoshop from?

p.s. :ebay is the devil’s work >:)

Unless you are a student, you cannot legally use a student version…

A small point: You can use it, but you can’t buy it. You’re free to use it for any purpose, even commercial after you get out of school.

I am not sure that you are 100% correct about there never being an OEM version of PS. I remember considering the purchase [in the UK] of the [at the time] high-end Kodak digi-cam, as it came with a free copy of the full PS 6. I saw it as PS with a free digi-cam …

The legality of selling it separately is another matter.

However, BTW, I too think that gimmix was probably ripped off.

Gimmix: Put this down to experience and go buy a copy of Photoshop Elements – shop around and you’ll get a good price.

I would cancel the credit card # that you gave to the pirate and have a new one reissued to me by the cc company. And keep an eye on your credit report for a while… about 6 mos or so.
