Display problem with palettes

on a WIN XP PC you may want to check and make sure you don’t have it set on large fonts.
right click desktop, properties, appearance
make sure it’s on normal

When I s/d and restart I get an error message. If I shutdown and restart I don’t get the error message but the palette is messed up.
