CS: Droplets do not work at all

And that’s the truth. ImageReady CS droplets work fine! This seems contrary to Adobe’s trouble-shooting page which suggests that one use Photoshop to make droplets instead of ImageReady. This is NUTZ!

I’ve zapped the preferences in Photoshop. No help.
