do you know if theres a way to see a retangle on layer that show me what to crop for example 10X15 (for photo) ?

There are 2 ways to do this, depending on whether you want to resize or not.

If you do not want to resize, use the rectangular marquee tool with options set to ‘Fixed Size’. Set the size to what you want, then simply click in the image and you will get a rectangle of exactly that size. Move the rectangle to where you want it, then select Image/Crop.

If you don’t mind resizing, simply set your crop tool to the desired size and crop away.

There is an easier way to do this: You can change the behavior of the crop tool from normal to a fixed size and resolution.
