I’m looking for a book, tutorial or whatever about using liquefy to make a caricature out of a photo.

Suggestion:
Try a search engine like www.dogpile.com with the keywords "Photoshop liquify caricature tutorial" and then click on the links returned.

This suggestion can also be used for other effects and tool usage.
