Can anone help me learn how to create torn edges, three dimentional look found on the web page at <http://www.grandchurch.net>?

I am running Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 under Windows XP. I have 512MB of Ram and use a hp business inkejet 2250 printer. My computer is a generic PC.

It’s an edge effect on a 100 pixel high image with a drop shadow which repeats as the page background. To actually create the effect, you need a plugin that creates edge effects.

I’d just use the pen tool or even the polygon lasso to draw it.
