In answer to all of your questions:
1) No, I am not trying to avoid sharing anything. Only trying to avoid doing anything illegally. I wholeheartedly support prevention of software piracy and needed to check on several things on my end first. I have bought thousands of dollars of Adobe products LEGALLY and resent the suggestions by some that I would consider piracy in any shape or form.
2) No secret handshakes, just pay for what you use.
3) I had to check my records as I had no record of my purchase handy at the time I posted my initial reply. I thought that my receipt might have some additional contact information for those interested. My suggestion would be to start here:
<
http://www.adobe.com/store/general/customerservice.jhtml>
There are several links here for direct contact with Adobe Store, ordering replacements, etc…This may be a good place to start.
To the Adobe "forum monitor" that sensed the need to delete my previous message, why didn’t you just take the time to answer this question yourself? Check my account with Adobe to see how much I’ve supported Adobe’s products over the years. I pay for my products and expect everyone else to do so too. Try helping loyal customers instead of playing cop.
