jpg e-mailing

First you need to discover which program was called to access jpg files before Photoshop took over. That is a Windows XP function.

Next, replace Photoshop with that program in the folder options (anotherWindows XP function).

Do JPEGs open in Photoshop now? You may need to reassociate opening JPEGs with the Windows Image and Fax viewer to get the function back. The other approach might be to associate JPEGs with Internet Explorer and see if you get your desired feature back.
