This is driving me nuts. I am stuck using long file names for one project I am working on. IE: table_background_products_new.gif. When I get a chance to edit the pages I will redo it all but for now . . .

When I "Save for the Web" it wants to rename the file to 31 characters for Mac compat. I can not find the setting to allow for longer file names. I have tried several times to figure out the help reference to it. They should find another name cuz help it aint!!!!!!!

Somebody please tell me where I find this setting, this is really starting to annoy me.

Thanks in advance
Larry

While in Save For Web, click the little round button with the arrow on it (to right of "settings" window", then "edit output settings", then "saving files".

Perfect,

Thanks Mac, I will now have to look at these settings and see what else I should adjust.
