Hi
I’ve created a Layer for images which puts the word ‘Copyright’ on it. How can I save this layer, add it to (possibly) the toolbar so I can just either click on it or drag it into images without having to have the original image open. I suppose what I’m asking for is a shortcut to be able to place this ‘copyright’ layer into any image.

Thanks

You can create an action which will do that for you. In fact you could probably create a brush.

Thanks Bob

Would you mind pointing me in the right direction of how to do that. I’m very new to Photoshop.

In the action palette simply create a new action. Start recording and open your copyright file, drage the layer to your new file and then stop recording.

That should do it. You may need to tweak things once the layer is in your new file.
