Is this the Trial version you are talking about? If so, you can’t. The trial version cannot be upgraded to a full version. (And wanting to do so sounds a lot like piracy…..)

there isnt one? wel not at adobes update section.

You can’t install the full version of Photoshop without entering a serial………….there is no way around it, so you must have the trial version it never asks for a serial and doesn’t give you the option to enter one anywhere.
