Loading movie files in PS7

I have some small .MOV files from my digital camera I would like to load into PS7. How do I load/import into PS, or convert the .MOV files into .FLM files?

Photoshop will not import mov files but I believe ImageReady will.

Photoshop will not import mov files but I believe ImageReady will.

Thank you for the information. I have never even looked at ImageReady as I thought it was only for web use. It loaded a movie file just fine. I guess I will have to get the manual out and get to learning IR.
