hello
i am using a 3000mgz with 1024ram and two hard disk,
the thing is that by defoult photoshop assign the primary scratch disk as the startup?? is that the same as windows starts right?,

i think i have to place the scratch disk in my secondary hardisk is that right?

Yes
i think i have to place the scratch disk in my secondary hardisk is that

You don’t "have to". Changing the PS scratch disk usually improves the performance.

It is a good idea to keep the Windows paging file off the scratch disk. Which ever disk/partition you have for the scratch disk, make sure to defrag it often and that may help Photoshop run faster.
