Color swatch (ACO.) files

I wonder if anyone knows of a plugin or stand alone that will allow me to pick random colors and then save them as ACO. files so that I might use them as color pallets in Photoshop CS. What I mean to do is create a few custom color pallets (skins tones, hair color etc.) and I’m having trouble doing this. Any help would be great! Google is on sabbatical!

You can do this in Photoshop rather easily. Check out the Preset Manager. You can use it to make a blank swatches palette. Then add colors from any source; a photo or make them yourself with the Color Picker or Colors palette. Use the Eyedropper to sample the color and drop it in a blank area of the Swatches palette.

When you have your palette the way you want it, save it from the flyout arrow or in Preset Manager.
