I know this has to be painfully simple, but how do I accomplish this? I want to be able to apply a particular layer style (one that is already being used in another layer) to a new layer, without having to
go through and set each option individually.

Thanks for any suggestions on this.

In the layer palette right click on the layer and copy layer style, right click on another layer and paste style.

You can also just drag the word "Effects" from the layer with the wanted effects and drop it on the layer you want to have the same effect.

Or you can just drag and drop the layer style into another layer. There are always several ways of doing the same thing in PS.

I like that method even better, Wesley, thanks for that.
