Changing line width

I have a drawing in CMYK with four different layers, for for different colors. One layer contains black line a drawing. I need to make all the lines on this layer thicker than they are. Short of re-drawing all of them I was wondering if there was a way or command that would make them thicker all at once.

Any help would be appreciated.
