Often I wind up with a whole bunch of layers I no longer need. Is there any way to do the equivalent of shift-clicking to select multiple layers? THX

How about just dragging the layers into the dustbin?

Sure,
Mark but it would be real nice if I could select all 20 or so layers and drag them to the trash together.

I have an idea, but I don’t know how much it would save you.

Link the trash layers together, then Merge Linked, then delete the resultant layer.

Make them a layer set then drag the layer set to the bin.

In 7 and up: Link the layers, from the flyout choose Delete Linked Layers.

Note, there must be one layer left behind.

In 6 you can link them, make Set from Linked and trash the set.

Got to say I like the layer set idea best so far. Linking the layers could lead to deleting layers I want to keep.
Thanks everyone
