That is like directing someone to a web page to "learn to drive all over again" after trading in their old Chevy for a new Impala LS like I have recently purchased. BTW it is one HOT Chevy!!!

Sure glad General Motors doesn’t make new Chevrolet Impalas so "improved and feature rich" I have to learn how to start the car, use the transmission, and drive to the convenience market all over again!!!!!!

The J A S C L A M B S are so pathetically complacent!! But think of all the $$$ they’ll save over the years never having to buy Preparation H ever again!!

Does anyone have a quick reference showing where the facilities
that were so
easy to find in v7 are now in v8?

I feel completely lost when I look at v8. even thos I have it
in v7
compatability mode.

I have had v8 for months . but continue to use v7.

I have tried to go cold turkey. It is frustrqating, the pain
is severe. It
takes too much time to do stuf that is simple in v7. And the
helpless
feeling not being able to find comon tools to do simple things
makes me feel
humiliated and dumb.

Too much re-arrangement. Too manny new icons.

I am lost.

Anyone else going through this too?

Has anyone built a cross-reference between v7 and v8?

Suz Shook has a ‘Tips & Tricks’ page here:

Look for the ‘Where are my Tools’, ‘Where are my Menus’ and ‘Where are my Menu Items’ sections. Good info for making the transition from version 7 to 8.
