That image is an example of why people invest in classroom time and/or expensive "how-to" manuals. There is much more there than a 5 paragraph tutorial.

theres a good chance it was just a bitmaop that had a trace applyed to it, no skill there, but then again it could have been traced manulay in vectors, a little harder, or draw from scratch, not tsomething i would attempt.
