We have Photoshop and Acrobat installed on a very up-to-date machine, with tons of memory.
When we go into Photoshop and choose to print to the Acrobat Distiller, we get prompted for the filename and then a printing dialogue box comes up with fragmented text displayed.
It then just hangs there and gives a "Not Responding" message in the windows task manager.
Everything worked fine using Photoshop 6.0 but as soon as we upgraded to 7.0.1, that’s when the process died.
Any suggestions for a fix?
Thank you in advance,
