I have a server setup with Windows 2000 that uses Citrix Metaframe XP for terminal services. I have Photoshop 5.5 installed and when I have a user try to print they receive an error message that reads: "Could not complete the Print command because of a disk error." I can print as administrator but no other users can. I believe there is a rights problem somewhere and I don’t want to give all my users administrative rights. I have searched the internet looking for the answer and can’t find it. Is there any workaround to this or a patch perhaps. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that this computer is also a domain controller. There is no power users group within active directory. Is there a way to do this in Active Directory?

I was able to fix the problem by adding the users that need to print to adobe, to the server operators group in the domain. Thanks for the help Len.
