Lost drag and drop function from browser to PS

Hi all,
I installed Photoshop 7 on a Win2000 PC and drag and drop was working fine until I installed a Wacom pen tablet. It never worked since. I removed the pen tablet and its software, and re-installed Photoshop. I’m still not able to drag and drop pictures straight off my IE browser into Photoshop.

Any tips for a fix will be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
