I just e-mailed you what I use. I just made some guides that help me line up the layers. Then I size my business card and have a layer for each card. I push each layer up to the guide above and the center guide.

I filled in the background the same as the average background of my cards. This is to kill that bit of the white from showing on some edges. However, the bottom 2 cards still have a white bottom edge. Hey, my printer wouldn’t print that far down.

BTW, this worked just fine on my Epson 870. I haven’t tried it on the R800 yet. I don’t guarantee that it will line up perfectly on your printer. It took some trial and error to get this to work for me.

Sure, depending on what you are doing. I just found it easier to line up to guides, if I need thing in very specific places. PS lines things up to each other very well, but doesn’t really know where the preferations are on Avery business card paper.
