getting a logo to lay over an image of a wrinkled shirt

Hi folks,

I want to have a logo follow the curves of a photo of a wrikled shirt so it appears that the logo is a part of the shirt. I remember doing this a year or so agao but I have forgotten the procedure. Any advice would be appreciated.
