What version of either do you have in mind?

I have PS6.0 on NT 4.0 at home, it is a bit sluggish mostly due to the fact, I assume, that I am on a PIII 500Mhz. PS7 will run on NT4.0, CS requires XP or W2K.

For NT 4 that would be Photoshop 7x
