My Mum owns this massive dolls house and her latest acquisition is an old red telephone box. Now, if you live in London like me, you will know that these are usually festooned with prostitutes’ cards. So I thought it would be funny if I could find some examples of these on the web so that I could reduce them in PhotoShop and then when she goes out, plaster them all over the inside of the telephone box!! Yeah I know it’s sad. So if anyone knows or is prepared to admit where I can find some pictures of these cards I would really appreciate it.

Great idea, but why not just make faux versions of your own? Sounds like a fun project to me. Your research shouldn’t be that difficult…or boring. —

There was an exhibition of the artists Gilbert and Georges made whith full of these little stickers
couldn’t find any related review by Google but all I know is that there was an exhibition in London in the late 90’s.

you could do worse than get your hands on a digital camera and take a daytrip down to Brighton… loads of quality ‘festoon’ there…. much gayness to….
