Lost Filter

Somehow I’ve lost my Diffuse Glow filter in CS2. When I click on it another unrelated filter comes up. Instead of buying the upgrade on disk I downloaded it from Adobe and I still have the download. Would reinstalling the program fix this problem? And if so would I lose my settings? Any suggestions as to how to get this filter back?
