I have two old photos one is from 1910 and is a photo of my great great uncle the photo has been abused I have done alot to correct it but it needs help bringing out fine detail in the face since he is in a crowd.

the other my mom from the 40’s its a black and white much of the content has "Bled" there are white marks all over it like someone took a wet cloth and wiped big chunks off the edges

anything I can do?

Ther are plenty of things you can do but your description of the picture’s actual state is a bit thin for anyone to give you precise pointers. You could post them, some people will probably even work on them as it often happens here.
If you are serious about learniog how to restore old photos I recommend Katrin Eisman’s book.

You may have unreasonable expectations. What makes you think a face in a crowd will have any more details? But, it’s fun to try.
