I love the look of Infrared but my camera is not good for doing it. How can I create this look with photoshop? What are the steps I need to take?

Flaming Pear has some free plugins you can use. Either Tachyon or Chroma Solarize, then play with Hue and Saturation until you get the look you want. http://www.flamingpear.com/download.html
