How do I record a pause during an action. I would like the action to stop while the user enters text, then continue. How can I do this and add a pop up message telling the user to now enter some text.
Thanks,
Ray

From the flyout arrow in the Actions Palette Insert Stop. Put in a message, something like, "Hit Stop, add text and then press Play." Do not check Allow Continue. The person running the action needs to click Stop and add text at that point then hit the Play button and the action will continue where it left off.
