I have painted my garden fence a green colour and would like to know if I paint the woodwork on the garage the same colour wether it would look too much. I would like to duplicate the colour onto the garage in photoshop cs before I go ahead How would I do this?
Thanks

Take a photo of the garage with almost a piece of the green fence in the view. If you use a film camera, print and scan the image to a file. If you use a digital camera, download the picture to your computer. Open the image(s) in PS, collect the sample of the green color and use it to fill the area you want to study previously selected and positioned on a new layer, playing with different grades of opacity.
Many other ways are better, but less easy, IMO.
