colors appear different

i did a screen capture and brought it in photoshop. the blue background that i see on my screen and the one i see in the capture in photoshop are two very different shades of blue.

im assuming i need some sort of color correction but i know nothing about this topic. is this my screen giving me issues or is it inside photoshop. the photoshop picture looks like the ones that off.

Turn off Photoshop’s colour management. Edit->Color
Settings->"Settings"->Color management off.

Use ‘Assign profile’ and choose your monitor profile to assign.
