Well, you have a point, and it’s a nice thought. The next question is, did your post help the situation, or simply contribute one more rant to the situation you are complaining about – people not respecting one another?

Maybe the issue isn’t respect at all. Courtesy will do. The highest form of courtesy is that which is extended to the person who, seemingly, at this moment, deserves it the least. Courtesy is which takes its queue from the worst it sees in others, and gives no better than it gets, scarcely exists at all.
