It is not clear what you are talking about. What do you mean when you say "CMYK product catalog"?

Nishant,

prepress distributors offer swatch books for CMYK.
In fact such a swatch book is valid for one process like Euroscale Coated or SWOP.
An example is here:
http://www.grafipress.de/cgi-bin/shop/select.cgi?a=list& kid=112

The swatch book contains samples for all combinations of CMYK, e.g. stepsize 5 in the total range 0…100 for each channel.

Pantone offers swatch books as fans. Again, one has to take care that the process is the one which is valid for the final offset product (different in Europe, US and East-Asia).

Google search ‘Pantone Swatch book’ delivers e.g.:
http://www.colorguides.net/process.html

Then choose a swatch book for ‘Process’.
It should be checked for WHICH process.

thanks but not what I wanted. I dont want a pantone-to-cmyk match book, or a swatch book that defines color by pantone. I want a cmyk swatch book only.

In the olde daze, we used to have these big books that were nothing but swatches of cmyk color. Pages would start with say 100%cyan and then various increments of the other three colors, and then start over again with 100%magenta etc

I havent seen one in years… anybody know where to get one?

A misunderstanding.
Pantone offers swatch books for
1. CMYK
2. Spot
3. Spot to CMYK
4. and many others, plastic, textile etc.

You’ll need obviously No.1. It’s manufactured by Pantone but not the least related to Pantone Spots.
At least in the swatch book (fan) you’ll find the process description. My versions are valid for Euroscale Coated v2.
