Graphics help needed with presentation

You know actually I was thinking the same thing. No budget was mentioned. What type of presentation wasn’t mentioned. I’m guessing that they think that they are going to get a lot of email inquiries to their post.

I can’t fault them though with accepting a job like that with no previous related experience – a lot of us have been there but we managed to get it done.

I have accepted a few jobs that I needed to "farm out" but never without having a reliable and professional outlet for the job, before I did. As hard as it is to gain a good professional reputation, it is much much harder to repair a bad one.

I originated the post with a request for " a qualified person to develop a presentation package for me" I don’t think there was the suggestion that I needed someone to "complete" a job for me.

I simply determined that this ng would have a wealth of talented people and I needed someone to "develop a presentation". I didn’t think it was appropriate to load the post with great detail on what the project required. The details should and would be outlined at a later time.

For your information, I received an excellent presentation in my mailbox by a eastern European graphics person. We discussed the project and pricing. He was professional and to the point. He is the type of person I always hope to do business with.

What is considered bad by you may be acceptable to him, there are a lot of people out there that would not recognise poor quality if it bit them on the nose. If it is better than an attempt their attempt then they are happy.

A client of mine bought some flyers with the
name of the street his business is on misspelled
in 30 pt. type. He got a reprint but passed out
the typos first, about 1000. What a deal. The
lettering on his window front has two glaring
misspellings and he published a picture of
his storefront with huge grease stains on the

I am thinking a Power Point presentation or a PDF presentation with accompanying brochure? Sounds like an interesting project and would like to hear more.
