I have a panoramic photo of a group of people that I want to make into an
arc shape (or semi circle) so it can be printed as a dvd label.
How do I do this in photoshop? I look at all the filters in photoshop and couldn’t find anything to do this.

One way is by adding a white border to the top of your image, and using Filter>Distort>Radial Coordinates to convert \to radial coordinates.

Click on the menu called Filter at the top of your screen.

In the Filter menu, you will see many submenus; some of these include Artistic, Blur, Brush Strokes, Distort, and so on.

Bring the mouse down to Distort. A submenu will pop out. The things in that submenu will be Diffuse Glow, Displace, Glass, and so on. One of them will be Polar Coordinates (I believe this is what Mike means in stad of Radial Coordinates).

May be a language problem. In my copy (US English) of PS it’s called Polar Coordinates.

There is a tutorial on this site:
